When you book an appointment through the Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Appointment times, tokens and doctor availability are subject to change, and a confirmed booking does not guarantee an exact consultation time.

Consultation fees and package prices displayed at the time of booking apply to that booking. We may reschedule appointments where clinically necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

The patient portal is provided for your personal use to view appointments, reports, prescriptions and invoices. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account.
• Use the portal only for lawful purposes relating to your own care or that of a dependant you are authorised to represent.
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other patients, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Elaj Hospital name — is the property of Elaj Hospital or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
